There has been some change since the last picture was taken. Some flower buds have began to develop. Once it blooms I will be able to determine just what penstemon it is. The penstemon flower has five stemons.

Wild flowers has been an interest of mine for a long time. Over the years I have tried several times to transplant some, but was not successful at it. Now I have a business and have been able to successfully dig and transplant various plants. This is my attempt to interact somewhat with other plant people. With the digital camera, taking photos has been fun and easy. I would like to know of your experience with native Plants in the mountain west and its deserts.
